We're a small, focused team building high-performance web products for South African businesses. We don't always have open roles — but we're always interested in hearing from great people.

We hire slowly and rarely. Most people who work with us start on a single paid project, not an interview process built around whiteboard puzzles, so both sides can tell quickly whether it's a fit before committing to anything longer. If that first project goes well, it usually turns into ongoing work, and from there into the kind of role where you own a whole area of the product rather than picking up tickets from a backlog. We don't have a dedicated HR team or a multi-round interview loop; if you reach out, you'll hear back from someone who actually reviews code and makes hiring decisions, not a recruiter reading from a script. Compensation is straightforward: contract roles are paid per project or per month depending on scope, agreed upfront in writing before any work starts, with no surprise deductions or delayed payments.
