R299 a month covers everything involved in keeping a website secure and online: security patches applied as soon as they're released, a full backup taken every day and stored off-site, uptime and performance monitoring with alerts if something breaks, and hosting management so you never have to deal with a server dashboard yourself. Two content changes per month are included at no extra cost, whether that's updating prices, swapping a photo, or fixing a typo you noticed.
Why it matters
Most small business websites break quietly. A plugin update goes wrong, a certificate expires, or a form silently stops sending emails, and nobody notices until a customer complains or the site disappears from search results entirely. This plan exists to catch those problems before they cost you a sale, without requiring you to learn how to maintain a website yourself or hire someone in-house to do it.
Cancel anytime
There's no lock-in contract and no cancellation fee. If you decide the plan isn't for you, you can cancel from your dashboard at any time and your access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Payments are processed securely through PayFast, South Africa's most widely used payment gateway, and you can view or download an invoice for every billing cycle from your dashboard.
